Can the IS 2121 test report be used for BIS certification?

BIS accepts reports only from laboratories it has recognised for the standard. Before testing, we confirm which laboratory your BIS application needs, so you do not pay for a report BIS will not accept.

How many samples are needed for IS 2121 testing?

It depends on the product, its variants and the tests you need. Share the product details and the purpose of the test (BIS, tender or customer) and we will send the sample list and a quote.

Can you test only some clauses of IS 2121?

Yes. For a tender, a customer complaint or a design check, we can test selected clauses. For BIS certification or a type test, every applicable clause has to be covered.
