Overview
Standards and regulations only work when the people applying them understand them. A quality inspector who knows why a sampling plan exists makes better decisions; a production manager who understands the BIS licence conditions avoids costly lapses; a laboratory technician who understands measurement uncertainty produces results that stand up to audit.
Aaditech offers training in standardisation, quality control, inspection, testing and certification across a range of product sectors. Our programmes are practical and grounded in real cases from our inspection and certification work.
Our training draws on the experience of the people who founded and lead Aaditech. The company was promoted by former Directors of the Bureau of Indian Standards. Our CEO, Mr B.K. Jain, headed the BIS electrical laboratory and is a trained auditor for ISO 9001, IS 15700 and ISO 50001. Our Chief Advisor, Mr Anupam Kaul, led standards and quality at CII, has served on ISO working groups for ISO 9001 and ISO 9004, and chairs BIS committees.

Who it’s for
- Manufacturers and BIS licensees: quality, production and laboratory staff.
- Purchase and stores teams in utilities and PSUs who accept material against specifications.

- Government and public service organisations working with IS 15700 or regulatory compliance.

Formats
Most programmes are delivered in-house, at your factory or office, so that examples can use your own products, documents and test equipment. We also run sessions for groups of suppliers on behalf of a buyer, and programmes for members of industry associations. Programmes range from a short awareness session for managers to multi-day courses for quality and laboratory staff, and can be delivered in person or online. Every format leaves room for questions and discussion.
Our process
- Training needs discussion. We understand your products, your team’s roles and the gaps you want to close.
- Programme design. We propose topics, duration, format and level, and adapt examples to your sector.
- Delivery. Sessions are delivered in-house or at a venue you choose, combining explanation with case studies and exercises.
- Assessment. Where useful, we include short exercises or quizzes to check understanding.
- Follow-up. We share course material and can answer follow-up questions or run refresher sessions.
