  • Verification and certification of BQC documents: POs, work orders, completion and performance certificates
  • Approved by NTPC as a third-party agency for tender document authentication
  • Certified copies in the format your tender asks for, before the bid deadline

Authority: Accredited by NABCB (QCI) as a Type A inspection body under ISO/IEC 17020:2012, certificate IB 024

Overview

Many public sector and utility tenders now include a clause like this in their Bid Qualification Criteria (BQC):

All bidding documents related to the Bid Qualification Criteria should be duly verified and certified by any one of the TPIAs registered under NABCB as accredited bodies as per ISO/IEC 17020 as Type A, on the QCI-NABCB website as on the date of verification of documents. All charges of the third party for attestation and verification shall be borne by the vendor.

The buyer wants an independent, accredited agency to stand behind the purchase orders, work orders and performance certificates that a bidder submits to qualify. Aaditech meets the condition the clause sets: we are accredited by NABCB as a Type A inspection body under ISO/IEC 17020:2012, certificate IB 024, and are listed on the QCI-NABCB website.

Who needs it

  • Bidders and vendors whose tender asks for BQC documents verified by a NABCB-accredited Type A TPIA.
  • Manufacturers and EPC contractors building a verified credentials file for several upcoming tenders.
  • Tendering organisations that want an accredited agency to check documents submitted to them.

What we verify

DocumentWhat we check
Purchase orders and work ordersIssuing organisation, reference numbers, dates, scope, quantities and values
Completion and performance certificatesIssued by the stated client, linked to the order, signed by an authorised person
Contract agreementsParties, scope and period of execution
Supply and execution recordsConsistency between orders, invoices, dispatch records and certificates
Experience and financial credentialsWhatever else the BQC calls for, checked against the wording of each criterion

Each verified document is signed and stamped, with our NABCB certificate number and the date of verification, or covered by a verification report, as the tender requires.

Our process

  1. Tender review. Send us the BQC section and the verification clause. We confirm what has to be verified, in what form, and that our accreditation meets the clause.
  2. Document collection. You share the documents and the contact details of the organisations that issued them.
  3. Scrutiny. We check each document for completeness and internal consistency, and against the qualifying criterion it supports.
  4. Confirmation with issuers. Where the tender requires it, we confirm orders and certificates with the issuing organisation.
  5. Certification. We sign and stamp the verified copies, or issue a verification report, in the tender’s format.
  6. Records. We keep a record of what was checked so it can be produced if the tendering authority raises a query.

Common problems we see

  • Certificates without the matching order, or orders without proof they were executed.
  • Mismatched details between order and certificate: quantities, ratings, dates or a changed company name.
  • Signatories without stated authority on client certificates.
  • Late starts. Confirming documents with issuers takes time, so start as soon as the tender is out, not in the last week before submission.

Why Aaditech

  • Accredited Type A body. NABCB certificate IB 024 under ISO/IEC 17020:2012, valid until 03 March 2030, with independence from manufacturers, suppliers and buyers.
  • NTPC approval. Approved by NTPC as a third-party agency for authentication of tender documents. See tender document verification.
  • Tender experience. We also carry out pre-dispatch and stage inspection for utility and PSU supplies, so we know how these tenders are evaluated.

Note: We verify that documents are genuine and consistent. We do not evaluate bids, and the decision on whether a bidder qualifies rests with the tendering organisation.

Frequently asked questions

Our tender says BQC documents must be verified by a NABCB-registered Type A TPIA. Can Aaditech do this?

Yes. Aaditech is accredited by NABCB (Quality Council of India) as a Type A inspection body under ISO/IEC 17020:2012, certificate IB 024, valid until 03 March 2030, and is listed on the QCI-NABCB website. Send us the tender clause and we will confirm we meet its wording before you start.

How can the tendering authority check your accreditation?

Our accreditation is published on the NABCB website under certificate IB 024. Clauses like this usually say the agency must be listed on the date of verification, so we put the certificate number and verification date on every certified document.

Which documents do you verify?

Whatever the Bid Qualification Criteria call for, typically purchase orders, work orders, contract agreements, completion and performance certificates, supply records and invoices, and financial or experience credentials.

Do you confirm documents with the client who issued them?

Where the tender requires it, yes. We contact the issuing organisation to confirm the order or certificate. Share the issuer's contact details with the documents to avoid delays.

Who pays for the verification?

Usually the bidder. Most tenders with this clause state that third-party attestation and verification charges are borne by the vendor.

How long does it take?

It depends on the number of documents and whether issuers have to be contacted. Tell us your bid submission date when you share the documents and we will plan the work around it.

Does your verification mean our bid will qualify?

No. We verify that documents are genuine and consistent. Whether a bidder meets the qualifying requirements is decided by the tendering organisation.
