Coating & Corrosion Testing

NABL-accredited testing of electroplated, galvanized, anodised, powder and organic coatings, with salt spray corrosion testing to ASTM B117 and ISO 9227.

Coating thickness is measured for chromium, copper, nickel, lead, silver, tin and zinc electroplating to IS 3203, along with zinc coating mass and uniformity on galvanized products, anodising thickness, phosphate coating and tin coating mass.

Organic coatings on aluminium extrusions and panels are tested to AAMA 2605 for chemical and humidity resistance, weathering and colour change. Salt spray tests to ASTM B117, ASTM G85 and ISO 9227 check corrosion resistance.
