IT & Electronics Safety Testing

Most electronics sold in India need CRS registration against IS 13252 or IS/IEC 62368-1. Adapters, chargers, power banks, laptops, monitors, set-top boxes, speakers and many more products fall under these standards.

Accredited tests cover marking and instructions, input current, heating, electric strength, touch current and protective conductor current, abnormal and fault conditions, energy hazards, mechanical strength, fire enclosures and creepage and clearance distances.
